Store in a cool, dry place.
Quick preparation: Put a bag of rice into a large bowl, pour cold water and rinse. Repeat several times until water is clear. Leave the bag in water for 10 minutes. Then put into a pot with cold water so that the bag is completely submerged and quickly bring it to a boil. Simmer covered for approx. 15 minutes. Pour the water out and leave the bag covered for another 10 minutes. Tear the bag along the perforation and pour the rice into a bowl.
Prepare marinade: into a small dish pour 1 - 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Stir until the ingredients dissolve completely. Gently mix the marinade with rice and leave all until cold. Then, proceed to making sushi.
