6 minutes buckwheat groats are grains of buckwheat subjected to a special roasting process, which considerably reduces groats’ cooking time. The product is low in sugar but high in phosphorus, zinc and magnesium. It is a source of protein, fibre, potassium and iron.

A 200 g packaging contains 4 servings of groats.

Store in a cool, dry place. 

Pour water into the pot, so that the bag is completely submerged. Bring the water to a boil. Put the bag into boiling water. You can add a little salt to water. Cover with a lid and cook for approx. 6 minutes. Depending on preferred consistency of groats, cooking time may be extended or shortened. Take out the bag, rinse in cold water, drain, tear the bag along the perforation and pour groats onto a plate.
