Store in a cool, dry place. 

Pour water into the pot, so that the bag is completely submerged. Bring the water to a boil. Put the bag into boiling water. You can add a little salt to water. Cover with a lid and cook for approx. 13 minutes. Depending on preferred consistency of rice, cooking time may be extended or shortened. Take out the bag, rinse in cold water, drain, tear the bag along the perforation and pour rice onto a plate.
